DEPOSITS

  • Once you’ve decided on the tattoo you’d like, I recommend scheduling a free consultation. During this session, we’ll discuss all the important details—placement, size, whether it will be in color or black and grey—and I’ll take body measurements to ensure the design fits perfectly. At this time, I require a security deposit to secure your appointment and reserve your spot on my schedule. This deposit not only confirms your commitment but also goes toward the final session of your tattoo.

The standard deposit is $100. For larger, more intricate projects such as a sleeve or back piece, the deposit is $200. In these cases, $100 will go toward your tattoo, and the remaining $100 compensates for the time and effort required to create a detailed design, which can take several days. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so—or missing your appointment—will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit.

These policies reflect professional tattooing standards and help ensure a smooth process for both the client and the artist.

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment and demonstrate your commitment to the tattoo process. It ensures your spot in my schedule while allowing the artist to dedicate time and energy to preparing your unique design. For larger, more intricate projects, part of the deposit also compensates for the significant time spent creating detailed artwork, which can take days to perfect. This practice helps maintain a professional workflow and ensures both the client and artist are fully prepared for the session.

  • To ensure your tattoo session goes smoothly, here are a few tips to help you prepare:

    • Get plenty of rest the night before your appointment. A good night’s sleep will help your body handle the tattooing process better.

    • Avoid alcohol or being hungover. This a requirement.

    • Avoid painkillers or blood-thinning medications, as they can make tattooing more challenging.

    • Fuel your body. For longer sessions (four hours or more), bring easy-to-eat snacks like jerky, fruit, nuts, electrolyte drinks, or power bars to stay energized.

    • Shower before your session. This may seem like common sense, but it’s always worth a reminder.

  • Now that you’re ready for your tattoo and we’ve finalized the design, please note that the hourly rate is $200. Your deposit will be applied toward this cost, and any additional time beyond the deposit will be billed at this rate.
